I am a Type 1, a reformer, and we are motivated by the need to live rightly, and driven by a longing for a true, just, and moral world. We are loyal, dedicated, conscientious, helpful, well balanced, and good-humored. We are efficient, organized, and always complete the task. We do things in a professional, honest, and ethical manner. We are people of practical action always concerned with doing the right things in the right way. We are naturally gifted at bringing order to chaos and creating structures that allow others to thrive.

• This influences the way I lead in a group. I value honesty, responsibility, and hard work. When in a leadership role, I strive to be respectful, recognize the other's worth, and act fairly. When I lead, my communication is direct and confident, no-nonsense allowed. When I lead, my work style is very organized and task-oriented, being professional is important. Also, it's interesting that a type 1 (reformer) is "driven by a longing for a true, just and moral world" and I want to be a lawyer. I guess I choose the right occupation to pursue.
